On behalf of Friends of Founders Park Board of Directors, we wish to thank all involved in our 2022 Low Country Shrimp Boil held at Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park on July 9th. Through generous contributions from our sponsors and over 275 patrons, we had another successful fundraising event to benefit the park. The food was masterfully prepared by Chef Marty Rosenfield and enjoyed by all. Our hard working board of directors and volunteers made the event an outstanding success.

Thank you to our sponsors and donors for 2022: Food and Wine Festival, Inc., Paula and Barry Jones, Beverly Ellars, Bobby Haynes, Alfred and Marleen Salo, Highlands Chamber of Commerce, The Dry Sink, The Highlander Newspaper, Highlands Newspaper, Laurel Magazine, WHLC, Ugly Dog Pub, The Business Spot, Main Street Nursery, Rotary Club of Highlands, Tate Landscaping Services Inc., Mayor Pat Taylor and the Town of Highlands.

It is hard to imagine Highlands without our beautiful downtown park. Its continuing success is made possible by all that use and support it. Thank you again for your generosity and for attending our event.

Friends of Founders Park is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization and 100% of all donations are used for the park improvements.
